F. AKDENİZ, PhD, He is a professor at Çağ University and also a vice-rector. He completed his undergraduate and doctorate education in the field of Mathematics in Ankara University. He has numerous studies in the field of statistics.

M. ARASHI, PhD, is an Associate Professor at Shahrood University of Technology, Iran and Extraordinary Professor and C2 rated researcher at University of Pretoria, South Africa. He has won several prestigious (inter)national awards and has published over 100 articles in accredited journals. His research interests include Shrinkage and Penalized estimation, High-Dimensional Analysis, Nonparametric Statistics, and Distribution theory.
